 Core Principles of Operation

The four disciplines of execution surround our day-to-day activities. Focusing on the important, action on lead measures, keeping a scoreboard, and creating a cadence of accountability. This further supports our focus of frontline farms and empowering the “slat” level team members with engaging information.


A second principle of success has been embracing standard operating systems across all enterprises. This brings a sense of unity to all areas of the business and allows for a great framework of management and accountability. One key practice is the cadence of weekly or bi-weekly meetings for each team. The agenda is similar by week and each team member who attends is given opportunity to share updates on their team, calendar, and bring forth any topics that need discussion and attention.
